Build With Us — DXN1 Studios Is Expanding
The studio has been one pair of hands since day one. It got this far anyway — Sonderr shipping, a docs library, a media kit, a music channel. But the “for now” in “one-man studio (for now)” was always doing heavy lifting. DXN1-STUDIOS is entering its expansion phase. Sponsorships are open as of today, and we are looking for a co-owner. And because this studio doesn’t do vague: the money rule is in writing, in this post.

The state of the studio
The honest recap, for anyone new here. DXN1 started as one person building on a phone — concrete skies, late nights, the whole origin story — and moved to a real Linux machine when the work outgrew the screen. Since then: Sonderr, the privacy-first AI workspace, went live in August and shipped its biggest update ever with v1.6 earlier this month; v1.7 is in active development right now. There are 65 self-loading skill playbooks in the runtime, a 17-guide docs library on this site, an official media kit in the Gallery, and an AI music channel on YouTube.
One person did all of that — which is exactly why the LOW UPDATE FREQUENCY note sits on DXN1-LABS, and exactly why this post exists. The studio is not stuck. It is full. There is more to build than one schedule can carry, and the honest move is not to pretend otherwise — it’s to add hands that can carry real weight.
Expansion, phase one
So what does “expansion” actually mean here? First: new projects are already in the pipeline — and no, we’re not talking about them yet. No clues, no teases, that’s the house rule; when they’re real you’ll read about them here first. Second: more frequent updates across everything that already exists. Sonderr, the docs, the gallery, the announcements feed — all of it ships faster when the load is shared. Third: the studio graduates from a one-man operation into something sturdier — a small team with real ownership, not a Discord server with job titles.
What doesn’t change in the expansion: local-first stays local-first. Free stays free. Ships-when-it’s-ready stays ships-when-it’s-ready. Growth is supposed to make DXN1 better at being DXN1, not turn it into something else with the same logo.
Sponsorships are now open
For the first time since the studio existed, we are accepting sponsorships. Money that comes in through sponsorships goes into the machine, not a pocket: development time, infrastructure, tooling, and shipping more, faster. What a sponsor gets in return depends on the deal — visibility on the site, credits, collaboration on something real. Pitch us and we’ll figure it out like adults, in the open.
The same non-negotiables from our partnerships page apply without exception: no crypto “influencer” deals, no gambling, no adult-industry sponsorships, nothing involving minors’ data. If your money needs a disclaimer, we don’t want it. Serious pitches go through the contact page (subject: “Sponsorship”) — who you are, what you’re offering, what you want in return. You’ll get a reply from the owner.
We’re looking for a co-owner
This is the big one. DXN1-STUDIOS is opening a co-ownership seat, and the profile is specific on purpose. Not a moderator. Not a “vibes” partner. Not someone who wants to watch. Someone who can actually carry the weight of a studio that ships. The list:
- Can say no. The studio already has one person who thinks ideas are great — the owner. What it needs is a second brain that pushes back when an idea is bad, catches the mistakes before they ship, and isn’t afraid to kill a bad direction in the room. Agreement is cheap. Honest judgment is what we’re buying.
- Can take leadership. Whole workstreams, owned end to end. When the owner is heads-down building, someone has to make the call, hold the standard and move without waiting for permission on everything.
- Can work. A lot. This is a build-heavy studio with a shipping culture. Not “check in on weekends” — actual hours, actual output, week after week. The marathon tasks in Sonderr run up to 72 hours; the people building it should have that kind of stamina too.
- Can handle his stuff. Organized, reliable, zero chasing. If you say Tuesday, it’s there on Tuesday — or you said something else on Monday. Nothing in this studio moves forward on promises that need reminders.
- Is good at marketing. Positioning, story, audience. Someone who can make people care about things worth caring about — without dark patterns, hype scams or pretending we’re something we’re not. The work is already honest; it deserves a voice that is too.
- Can set up revenue streams. Sustainable, honest monetization that turns the work into income — without paywalls on what should stay free and without tricking the community. That skill alone changes what this studio can do.
Read that as one person, or as the shape of the seat. If you’re strong in most of it and honest about the rest — write anyway. The worst outcome is a conversation.
The deal, in writing
No vaporware, no “exposure,” no vague future riches. Here is the arrangement, straight: right now, everything is unpaid. Nobody is collecting a salary here — including, so far, the owner. You join for the ownership, the work and the thing itself. The moment the first payment comes in — from sponsorships, from revenue streams, from anywhere — it gets split between everyone who helped build DXN1-STUDIOS and everyone who helps make it bigger. Not “considered.” Not “evaluated.” Split. This post is the receipt; if that promise ever changes, it changes in public, in writing, first.
To be equally clear about what this is not: this is co-ownership, not employment. There’s no contract worth signing yet, no fake job title, no promise of a paycheck. What you get is a real say, real ownership of your workstreams, a name on what you build — and a share of everything this studio earns, starting from the very first unit of money it ever makes.
How to apply
Email dxn1.0day@gmail.com with the subject “Co-Ownership”. Include four things: who you are, what you’ve built (links beat adjectives, every time), which of the six above you own outright, and the first thing you’d change about DXN1 if you walked in tomorrow. Serious messages get a reply from the owner — usually within a few days.
One filter, stated up front: if your pitch is only about money, this seat isn’t for you yet. Nothing here pays today, and we’d rather say that twice than once. The people this is written for already know what it feels like to build something before it pays.
DXN1-STUDIOS got this far with one pair of hands, a phone that became a PC, and a habit of shipping anyway. The next chapter has one more chair at the bench — and the first money this studio ever makes gets shared with the people who helped earn it. Build with us.
