Terms of Service
Simple terms for free, open-source software. No payments, no accounts, no traps.
1 · What this covers
These terms cover this website and your use of Sonderr, the studio's free and open-source AI workspace (github.com/dxn111/sonderr). The software itself is licensed under the MIT License, which is the definitive grant of rights — these terms add house rules, they do not take the MIT freedoms away.
2 · The software: as is, no warranty
Sonderr is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, per the MIT License. AI models make mistakes: verify outputs, review diffs before applying them, and never run unreviewed commands with full PC access granted. Back up your work. The updater is fail-closed by design (Security →), but you are still the operator of your own machine.
3 · Acceptable use
- Use Sonderr lawfully. You are responsible for what you do with it — not us.
- Don't use it to harm people, break systems you have no permission to touch, or break the law. Anything illegal (fraud, credential theft, dark-web activity) is on you, and we will cooperate with valid legal process.
- The full list of house rules lives in Acceptable Use →.
4 · AI output & Web3 tooling
AI-generated text, code and images can be wrong, biased, or hallucinated — treat them as unverified evidence, not truth. The optional wallet and trading tools are experimental: keep no more than €100 in the local wallet while testing, expect that bugs or mistakes can permanently lose funds, and remember that nothing executes without your explicit confirmation on a review card. Nothing here is financial advice.
5 · Data
We collect nothing and sell nothing. See Privacy → for the full picture, including the update check and the role of your chosen AI provider.
6 · Age
Sonderr is a developer tool and is not directed at children under 13. Community spaces run by the studio are 16+.
7 · Payments — there are none
Nothing on this site is for sale. We don't take payments, we don't run subscriptions, and we don't pay anyone (yet) — contributors get credit and gratitude. If anyone contacts you asking for money "for Sonderr", it is a scam; report it to dxn1.0day@gmail.com.
8 · Intellectual property
Sonderr source code: MIT. Site text, branding and design: © 2025–2026 DXN1 Studios, all rights reserved. The DXN1 and Sonderr names and mascots may not be used to imply endorsement without written permission.
9 · Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or the software, including lost data, lost profits, or lost funds in the experimental wallet. Mandatory statutory rights (including consumer rights where you live) are never limited by these terms.
10 · Law & disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Talk to us first — most problems are fixable with one email. Reach us at danipostma123@gmail.com. Your mandatory consumer rights under your own country's law always remain.
11 · Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced on the announcements page and noted in the changelog. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
